Our family's best hotel in Chonburi

Staffs are the first impression. They are amazing! Facilities are variety and well maintained. Clean Many stations of alcohol gel.

During holidays with too many guests at breakfast line and swimming pool.

Room is not ready upon the arrival time was really impact our stay.

Breakfast and kid facilities

Check in time is 2 pm and we arrived the hotel around 2.20 pm which the room is supposed to be ready for a guest, unfortunately it’s not and the employee told us that we have to wait for another 30 mins, so it’s supposed to be 3 pm...we wait but no one call us. I decided to call the hotel and found out that we have to wait for another 5 mins, we went to the lobby and we still have to wait for a few minutes. I think during high season or long holidays, you know that the hotel could be fully booked, you should have full team and if it’s still not enough then you should have hired some casual staff to help out during this time.

all superb!

free breakfast at the restaurant is by far the best I've ever met in my trips, and this includes international business trip as well. kids room is superb for families, especially Japanese one

the restaurant is superb in breakfast, but dinner delivered to the room is a bit dull & wouldn't meet your taste if you're looking for true local cuisine

Nice hotel not so far from Khao Kheaw Open Zoo.

The room was spacious and the facilities of the hotel were excellent. The check-in and check-out process was easy and quick. The breakfast was great too.

Ants were everywhere in the room. Could not put food outside the fridge as the ants would come. Also, the staff did not take the hotel rules seriously and allowed guests to smoke at the non-smoking area, i.e at the indoor area of the swimming pool floor when the smoking area was just a few steps away at the outdoor area. The non-smoking area was full of small kids at the time and the staff did not bother to do her job properly. I had to go and tell her to tell those guests to smoke at the permitted area.

wonderful place with excellent facilities/services

Everything especially the staff who are extremely nice, professional and service-minded. Breakfast is yummy and a nice mix between Japanese and local Thai food. The room is spacious and clean (the little kitchen is a big plus!) We also enjoy our time at the library.

Everything are good but lack of staff make bad impression

Variety toys and spaces in kid club. Onsen available free of charge. Good breakfast.

Took too long for check-in and check-out. The check-in time is 2pm, although we arrived the hotel on 3pm but we got the room almost 4pm. And the room is not so clean when we get in. Everyone were tired and not happy. During check-out we have to wait haft an hour for bell boy. Seem lack of staff and poor manage.

Nice place to stay with kids

Great breakfast, nice big rooms and big bathrooms (2bedroom fam appartment), a lot of activities for kids, nice rooftop pool (not suitable for kids as it has no shade, but great for adults who like sun bathing)

the rooms were located next to the road which was quite noisy at night. The aircon in the bedroom Always blew in your face and couldn't be directed another way. The cleaning staff was quite impatient about cleaning time (which is difficult to arrange with a baby who sleeps irregulary

Great facilities.

Food at their restaurant was not good (6/10) but Breakfast food was fine. The parking is outdoor which is really bad in rainy days.

Very good place for regular 2-day weekend stay.

The family room (or the kids playroom) was superb; much larger and more toys than the Seaside counterpart.

I went on a 3-day weekend and that lots of other families were also there. Normally, I would rather go on weekdays so there would be less crowd. Having lots of other families meaning this place became less Japan-like and more Thai-like; and when it came to the manner and the discipline, that was just nightmare.

Comfort staying.

Breakfast and Room are very good, except for TV mode resetting.

TV is always reset to USB mode once turn off and on again, then I cannot change the channel. Need to call staff to help its setting. The lobby is located inside area (surrounding by Buildings), without route direction. I cannot find at first time. Route direction is weakness.

Van service to tak e you to town every 30 mins, Van to Pattaya as well. Excellent breakfast and the best and friendliest service. Rooms are clean, comfortable and has a very nice bathtub. Gym has a nice view and an outside running track with a beautiful garden
